02Qué datos tratamos y de dónde salen
- Los que tú nos escribes. Si nos contactas por WhatsApp, por teléfono o por correo: tu nombre, tu número de teléfono o tu dirección de correo, y el contenido del mensaje (formato, unidades, texto de personalización).
- Los que hacen falta para servirte. Si finalmente haces un pedido: dirección de entrega y datos de facturación.
- Datos técnicos del alojamiento. Nuestro proveedor de alojamiento registra la dirección IP y datos básicos de la petición en sus registros de servidor, por seguridad y para prevenir abusos. Nosotros no accedemos a esos registros ni los usamos para identificar a nadie.
Lo que escribes en el configurador de la web no se nos envía: se queda en tu navegador hasta que tú pulsas el botón y se abre WhatsApp con el texto ya redactado.
03Para qué los usamos y con qué amparo legal
- Responder a tu consulta. Base jurídica: tu consentimiento y la aplicación de medidas precontractuales a petición tuya (art. 6.1.a y 6.1.b del RGPD).
- Gestionar el pedido y el envío. Base jurídica: la ejecución del contrato (art. 6.1.b).
- Cumplir obligaciones fiscales y contables. Base jurídica: obligación legal (art. 6.1.c).
No hacemos envíos comerciales sin que nos los pidas, no elaboramos perfiles y no tomamos decisiones automatizadas sobre ti.
04Quién más los ve
- WhatsApp, si eliges ese canal. El servicio lo presta Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. y se rige por sus propias condiciones y su política de privacidad, que te recomendamos leer.
- Cloudflare, que aloja esta web y presta el servicio de red de distribución. Puede tratar datos fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo con las garantías previstas en el capítulo V del RGPD.
- La empresa de transporte, si hay envío, y nuestra asesoría fiscal, para la facturación.
No vendemos ni cedemos datos a nadie más.
05Cuánto tiempo los guardamos
Las consultas que no acaban en pedido se conservan el tiempo necesario para atenderlas y hasta un año después. Los datos de un pedido se conservan durante la relación comercial y, después, el plazo que exijan las obligaciones fiscales y contables (con carácter general, cuatro años; seis en materia mercantil).
06Tus derechos
Puedes ejercer en cualquier momento los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación del tratamiento y portabilidad, así como retirar tu consentimiento cuando el tratamiento se base en él. Basta con escribirnos a [PENDIENTE: correo] indicando qué derecho quieres ejercer.
Si consideras que no hemos atendido bien tu solicitud, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.

Este sitio no se dirige a menores de 14 años y no recogemos deliberadamente sus datos.

02What data we process, and where it comes from
- What you write to us. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, your phone number or email address, and the content of the message (format, units, personalisation text).
- What is needed to serve you. If you place an order: delivery address and billing details.
- Technical hosting data. Our hosting provider records the IP address and basic request data in its server logs, for security and abuse prevention. We do not access those logs or use them to identify anyone.
Whatever you type into the configurator on this site is not sent to us: it stays in your browser until you press the button and WhatsApp opens with the message already drafted.
03Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
- To handle the order and delivery. Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b).
- To meet tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c).
We do not send marketing you have not asked for, we do not build profiles, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
04Who else sees it
- WhatsApp, if you choose that channel. The service is provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, which we recommend you read.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and provides the content delivery network. It may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR.
- The carrier, if there is a shipment, and our accountants, for invoicing.
We do not sell or transfer data to anyone else.
05How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and up to one year afterwards. Order data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and thereafter for the period required by tax and accounting rules (generally four years; six under Spanish commercial law).
06Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent where processing is based on it. Just write to [PENDIENTE: email] stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.
